Lunar month Vaishakha, Jyeshtha, Kartika, Margashirsha, Magha or Phalguna (not Adhik Maas); Tithi 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11 or 13 (either Paksha); Nakshatra Rohini, Mrigashira, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra, Anuradha, Uttara Ashadha, Uttara Bhadrapada or Revati; not Sunday or Tuesday; Guru and Shukra not combust; not in Bhadra (Vishti karana). Tithi, Nakshatra and Karana must all hold at the same time.
